Truck Paint

I have a 96 Chevy Cheyenne single cab. I want to get it painted but can't decide on a color. The inside and outside are maroon. Don't want to change the inside yet but would like to change outside maybe. Any ideas on color for out side that would go good with the maroon interior?

I have seen a few silver vehicles with maroon/burgundy interior as well. Seems like neutral colors like black, white, gray, or silver would be the only choice besides some shade of red or burgundy on the truck. :dunno

I think silver, grey, black, white would work fine. Are you going to paint the insides of the door openings?

I have been starting to like dark silvers.

A nice dark gun-metal grey is about the only thing that is going to go with that maroon.

Other wise, white or black, as you know.

Do the doors on the inside, and jamb it, or it is going to look like ass. Cheyenne package leaves a lot of exposed painted surfaces as I recall. A pillars exposed on that one, or is there plastic covering them? I can't remember

This truck has maroon interior too. I was very limited with color options when we painted it. But, IMHO it worked out well.

To keep from having to paint the jambs, you could two tone it maroon on the bottom and silver or darker grey up top or do the opposite.
