Scam or no?

So as some of you know I am selling my truck and have it posted for a ridiculous price of 10k (2005 F150) KBb is $7200. So I got these text from a guy and seemed like a scam but he wants to pay through paypal. What do you guys think?

Area code is from North Carolina, I'm in Arizona

Yeah, that is why I figured it was a scam, but when he offered to pay through paypal I was unsure.

Yeah, I saw that after I posted this, definite scam. I posted this on facebook too and a friend said he got a word for word same exact text when he was selling his Civic.
