I figured the original thread was getting a little long. So I am gonna start fresh. Went to my buddy's shop today to rebuild my front drive shaft and finish up the front end. The problem with the drive shaft was the splines were wore out and the slip joint had about a 1/4" play in it from side to side. So he took off the old splines and put on a new one. Nothing to exciting.

The next thing we did was fab up a grill to fill the empty space were it was suppose to be. Here's some pics.

Turned out nice. I know your summers are short, but will there be any cooling problems in the warmer months?
