This should be the same for all '99-'02 trucks and SUVs. '03-'07 Classic are similar, but not the exact same (the switch panel does not come unclipped, and there is a plug on the outside of the panel that hides a bolt. I think those are the only differences, but I'm not positive).
Step 1: Remove the triangular piece that covers where the door mirror mounts. Start at the top and tilt it outwards.
Step 2: Remove the lock cover with a flat-head screwdriver.
Step 3: Remove the cover behind the door handle. It may take some finagling to get it over the handle.
Step 4: Gently pry up on the switch panel. Once you get that off, unplug all of the wires/clips.
Step 5: Next remove the two 7mm screws. One is behind where the switch panel was, and the other is behind the armrest/handle.
Step 6: Grab the armrest handle and pull up. The whole panel should come up pretty easily. Once it is free, DON'T pull it away or put it on the ground yet.
Step 7: Unclip the wire for the tweeter
Last step!!!: The last thing to do is to remove the light bulb at the bottom left of the door. To do this, simply grab the black plastic clip and pull it out horizontally.
STEP DONE!!! Take the door panel and put it wherever you want, and give yourself a pat on the back.
