Nice, sounds like there is more left on the table. An AFR of 8.5, man that thing was fat. Did you get it leaned out or do you still need to work on it?

Fat Is an understatement! We got it down to 11.8:1 and stopped to keep it safe. It will lean out a bit more on the track. We'll run it and check a plug to see if we can go a little leaner.

This is a stock block motor, so I'm going to take it easy on the spray.

Those are amazing numbers Rob!
What is the TQ on it (I realize that HP=speed which is what is important)?

How do you do at the drag races?
What motor/trans/gears are you running?

I left the sheet out in the car but the torque numbers were in the mid 500s at about 4200.

It is a SBC 408 with a th350 and 9in ford with 3.89 gears. So far it's best pass was a 9.89 @ 135. That was with the tune I previously had. I'm ready to het it to the track now that I'm packing an extra 70hp.

That's one mean Nova and she's purdy looking I love her. The sound in the second video sounds just like my truck in my dreams that is.
Congrats! Roland

I just talked to Dad. He is on his way down to tune on his car now. He just finished freshening up his motor. It should be interesting to see his numbers, his car is a beast.
